Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, site visits, and cold calling. Present, promote, and sell available plots to prospective buyers. Conduct property site visits and explain project details, pricing, and legal documentation. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer needs are met. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support. Keep records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools or reporting formats. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Participate in property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in real estate sales (plots, land, or property sales preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Familiarity with local property laws, documentation, and registration process is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, or digital sales platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
