About the Role:
We are seeking a responsible and technically skilled Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production activities and ensure quality compliance as per IS standards.
Monitor manpower allocation, shift planning, and safety practices.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams for smooth operation.
Maintain records of production, consumption, and machine performance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
