Role & Responsibilities
Conduct
100-150 connected sales calls daily
(outbound and inbound).
Perform
cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups
to convert prospects into customers.
Schedule and manage
meetings with potential clients
, demo product features, and address queries.
Build and maintain strong
customer relationships
through effective communication.
Negotiate and close deals
, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and meetings in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
(spoken and written).
Strong
conversational and persuasion skills
.
Prior experience in
tele-sales / inside sales / B2B SaaS sales
preferred (not mandatory).
Ability to handle objections and convert cold leads into opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and structured follow-ups.

Fixed Salary
