Sales Executive - Physiotherapy & Medical Equipment
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to promote and sell our range of
physiotherapy and medical equipment
. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical field, excellent communication skills and a passion for building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements and trends in the healthcare industry.
Proactively generate leads and pursue new sales prospects.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
Deliver compelling and informative product presentations tailored to client needs and address any questions or concerns effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate
sales reports, activity logs, forecasts
and
market analysis
data regularly.
Monitor and ensure adequate stock availability for product demos, trials and order fulfillment.
Represent the company at
industry events, exhibitions and medical conferences
, effectively showcasing products and building brand awareness.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals while addressing client objections or complaints in a professional manner.
Meet and consistently exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including
product specialists, logistics and marketing
to enhance the customer experience.
Gather and relay client feedback to improve products, services and support offerings.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in
science, physiotherapy, biomedical engineering or a related field
.
Proven track record in
B2B medical equipment or healthcare sales
preferred.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently at-least for 3-4 days in a week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?30,664.03 - ?90,692.06 per month
