The primary role of a Pharma Sales Executive (also known as a Medical Representative or MR) is to act as the direct link between the pharmaceutical company and healthcare professionals. Your main responsibilities will focus on product promotion, sales target achievement, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion and Sales:

Direct Hospital/Clinic Visits:

Regularly visit assigned

hospitals, clinics, and doctor's chambers

within the Hyderabad territory.

Product Detailing:

Effectively present (or "detail") the features, benefits, and clinical data of the company's

medicines

and

child products

to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.

Order Generation:

Encourage and convince healthcare professionals to prescribe or stock the products, leading to sales orders.

Target Achievement:

Sales Quota:

Work diligently to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

sales targets

set for the assigned products and territory.

Market Growth:

Strategize to increase the market share of the company's products in your designated area.

Relationship Management:

Building Rapport:

Establish and maintain

strong professional relationships

with key prescribing doctors and decision-makers in hospitals.

Query Resolution:

Address any product-related queries, concerns, or feedback from healthcare professionals promptly and accurately.

Market Intelligence and Reporting:

Competitor Analysis:

Keep track of competitors' activities, product launches, and strategies, and report findings to the management.

Reporting:

Submit daily and weekly reports detailing calls made, samples distributed, sales achievements, and future plans.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure all promotional activities adhere strictly to the company's policies, industry regulations, and ethical guidelines.
