Responsibilities
Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, direct sales, and territory management to expand our client base.
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, product education, and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and institutional clients to showcase product benefits and features.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share within assigned territories.
Generate leads and qualify prospects through effective lead generation techniques, including networking, referrals, and market research.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies to boost product visibility.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct regular territory analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and optimize sales strategies.
Deliver comprehensive product demos and technical sales presentations, highlighting product features, benefits, and applications.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationships.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead client relationships and coordinate sales activities effectively.
Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust and close deals confidently.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques to support sales initiatives.
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends for strategic planning.
Experience in retail sales, inside sales, and territory sales is a plus.
Ability to perform cold calling and proactive outreach to generate new leads.
A proactive, energetic attitude with a passion for healthcare and technology sales.
Relevant educational background, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, or related fields, is advantageous.
