Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers. Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
