Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Maruti Suzuki models and variants.
Explain product features, specifications, finance options, and warranty details.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, field visits, and tele-calling.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into sales.
Process vehicle booking, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
