New Product Launch / New Market Setup. Primary & Secondary. On Job Training. Distribution Expansion. ROI - Return on Investment. Team Coordinator. Implementation of reporting daily/weekly/monthly reports. Roll out of all Sales initiatives (Trade schemes, secondary schemes, consumer initiatives) consistently across the market. Responsible for assigned sales targets. (Monthly, Quarterly and annually). lanning, Manpower Dimensioning, Hiring, Training, New town Launches, Product, Channel Selection and Identification Criteria, Go to Market Strategy, Appointment of frontline Sales Representative for market. Increasing Business Volume through Untapped areas by appointing New Distributors, New Retail Coverage & Retention of existing customers.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
