Job Description

Greet and attend walk-in customers professionally Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options Generate test ride enquiries and ensure effective follow-up Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and insurance Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in DMS / CRM Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan approvals Support registration, delivery, and documentation processes Conduct local marketing activities, referrals, and lead generation Handle customer objections and close sales confidently Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards
