Job Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients and explain project details, pricing, and benefits
Conduct site visits and follow up with leads effectively
Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth sales cycles
Keep up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (1-3 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to meet targets and handle pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
