We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our Experience Store in Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving in-store sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate product features and help customers choose suitable cookware Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked Handle billing and payment processes accurately Maintain records of sales and customer interactions Collect customer feedback and support promotional campaigns

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in sales or retail (Freshers may also apply) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for customer service and cookware products Basic computer and billing system knowledge Ability to work in a team environment
