We are seeking an results-driven Sales Executive to join our bakery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth for our bakery products. Candidates in or near Perintalmanna locality preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business leads, converting prospects into customers, and increasing sales from existing customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential customers, making initial contact, and presenting our bakery products.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our bakery products, including ingredients, pricing, and packaging.
5. Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
6. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to management, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
7. Trade Shows and Events: Participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions to promote our bakery products and generate new business leads.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or related field.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Knowledge: Knowledge of the bakery industry, including products, pricing, and market trends.
