2- 7 Years experienced in PEB Industry or Project Industry
? Identification of new business opportunities, segments or applications to augment sales. Company Presentation, Product presentation and routine follow up with projects and institutions i.e. end clients.
? Networking and Conducting meetings with Architects, Structural Consultants/ Project Management consultants, Industrial Areas , business owners, entrepreneurs, senior management teams of corporate organizations, give sales presentations, understand and handle Govt./ PSU / Corporate tenders and RFQs and manage techno commercial project sales.
? Follow Leading architects, consultants, contractors, corporate houses and govt. departments to generate the enquiry get specified our product in project through architects & consultants. Prepare, submit the offer/tender, negotiate & close the order.
? Developing Business and action plans for long & short term Strategies for Sales & Marketing.
? Comprehending Monthly/Quarterly business plans and playing an active role in supporting the achievement of planned goals.
? Reviewing and understanding all relevant documentation pertaining to scope of services, project execution plan, and proposal/project schedule.
? Engage in working as a team & keeping the senior management as well as the key personnel in the loop; ensuring to work on both technical and commercial aspect of the project.
? Daily Business Performance review , Quotation Volume/ Order Booking/ Sales Planning / Sales Service.
? Review of Marketing Process Key Performance Indicators & bring up strategic issues , Competitive analysis & Product Benchmarking with competitors.
? Periodic Repeat Orders from the key clients Identifying improvements in work processes & implementing cost-saving action to essay a high trajectory growth path Leading, training and monitoring the performance of down line staff to ensure efficiency in sales operations; meeting performance targets with entrepreneurial skills; conducting market survey to collate customer insights & monitoring competitor activity.
? Giving sales presentations and understand and handle tenders and RFQs Manage techno commercial project sales.
? Enquiry generation, Meeting with the Client / consultant, Techno commercial discussion, Drawing Approval, Order Booking, Payment collection, Documentation.
? Raising quote request forms to design and estimation department based on the customer's requirements /consultants drawings in order to get the cost of the project.
? Prepare a Techno-commercial offer for submitting to customers.
? Negotiate with customers and finalize the jobs.
? Coordinating with customer and head office to get drawings, and dispatch of material.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
