### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales while following ethical and compliance-based communication standards.

### Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, online leads, and referrals
Present and explain company products and services clearly and professionally
Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into customers
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Ensure all sales communication complies with company policies and social media platform guidelines to avoid account restrictions or blocks
### Compliance & Ethics

No false commitments or misleading sales practices
No guaranteed returns or fixed-profit claims (for trading/financial products)
Adhere to all applicable Indian market regulations and company guidelines
### Requirements & Qualifications

Graduate (mandatory)*

0-3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or business development
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English(regional languages are a plus)
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and calling systems
Target-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
