Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to PR heads at corporates and decision-makers at PR/digital agencies
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and prospects through structured outreach
Develop and execute outreach strategies in consultation with the Director/Sales Manager
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and conversions
Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their needs are effectively serviced
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and closures in CRM tools
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and satisfaction of new clients
Participate in regular training, product updates, and review meetings
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or inside sales (media/PR/digital preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and disciplined with a strong work ethic
High level of ownership, honesty, and a willingness to grow personally and professionally
Interest in digital marketing, PR, or media technology is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience)
