US Sales and US Freight Brokerage

. This role involves communicating with

US clients and carriers

, learning freight brokerage operations, and supporting the sales team in generating business for the US logistics market.

Comprehensive

training and guidance

will be provided to help you understand US logistics processes, sales techniques, and brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. US Sales & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to US-based prospects under guidance

Understand customer requirements related to transportation services

Support senior brokers in client follow-ups and sales activities

Learn how to pitch US logistics services professionally

2. Freight Brokerage Support

Assist in booking and managing loads

Learn to post and source loads on US load boards (DAT, Truckstop)

Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for load execution

Track shipments and provide updates to customers

3. Communication & Reporting

Maintain daily call reports and sales trackers

Update CRM or internal systems with accurate information

Communicate professionally with US clients via calls and emails

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in US Sales

Background in

Sales, BPO, or US calling

is an added advantage

Teleperformance/Previous sales experience preferred

Willingness to work in

US night shifts

Required Skills

Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Confident speaking and customer-handling ability

Willingness to learn US logistics and sales processes

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)

Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

One time meal will be provided by company side

Cab facility

Timing : 06 :00 PM to 03:00 AM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
