Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate sales leads for government projects related to CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Networking solutions.

Conduct site assessments and present technical proposals tailored to public sector needs and specifications.

Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and tender documentation in compliance with government procurement norms.

Build and nurture strong relationships with government officials, consultants, and system integrators.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and project milestones.

Collaborate with technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates relevant to security and networking solutions

Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and system upgrades as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in sales of technical systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Networking)--preferably for government or large institutional clients.

Technical understanding of CCTV, fire alarm, and networking products and standards.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with government stakeholders.

Familiarity with government procurement processes and tender management.

Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional certifications in electronics, security, or technical sales are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
