We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to handle residential and
commercial real estate sales. This role involves field visits, client meetings, and calling-based lead
conversion. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and passionate about property
sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and walk-ins
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Convince and negotiate with clients to close deals successfully
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales or field sales preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with field work as well as calling-based sales
Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up abilities
Basic knowledge of residential and commercial property sales is a plus
