to manage online leads from IndiaMART as well as walk-in/counter sales at our showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good product understanding, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Handle all IndiaMART inquiries promptly (as per company TAT guidelines).
Respond to RFQs, buyer messages, and chat inquiries professionally and accurately.
Update product catalog, pricing, and product details on IndiaMART as required.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into orders.
Maintain lead records and update daily in CRM or internal systems.
Purchase relevant buy-leads and ensure maximum conversion.
Counter Sales (Showroom Sales)
Attend walk-in customers and understand their product requirements.
Display products, explain features, and assist customers in making informed purchases.
Provide quotations, generate bills, and process sales orders.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive buying experience.
Handle returns, exchanges, or customer complaints professionally.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Gain in-depth product knowledge of sports goods, footwear, and equipment.
Maintain showroom display and ensure products are well-organized and presented.
Assist in stock management, inventory updates, and replenishment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily sales reports for IndiaMART and counter sales.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for order follow-ups and delivery updates.
Ensure all customer details, order forms, and follow-ups are updated accurately.
