Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by providing appropriate solutions to every customer. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a confident communicator, and skilled in all stages of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and social selling. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business. Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, tailoring the pitch to their specific needs and concerns. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets and quotas. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions within our CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and position our offerings effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales potential. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience

as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication

(verbal and written), negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills

with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

Proficiency in CRM software

and Microsoft Office Suite.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented

, and resilient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ability to work independently

while also contributing effectively to a team. A

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, or equivalent experience).
