Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze sales trends and provide accurate forecasting.
Create and execute action plans to close deals and achieve revenue goals.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and competitor analysis.
Provide insights for improving products, marketing strategies, or sales processes.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with marketing teams on campaigns, lead generation, and branding initiatives.
Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales workshops.
7. Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
