We are seeking a

is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to promote company products and services Provide detailed product briefings to clients and confidently handle objections Build rapport with clients and retain their interest during calls Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system Coordinate with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in an international call center or insurance industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Goal-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

Preferred:

Experience with CRM tools and reporting Availability to work flexible shifts, 5AM-1:30PM ,7AM-3:30PM

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
