We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

with a proven track record of leading sales teams, developing strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and business growth. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. Manage client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless business execution. Participate in key client meetings and negotiations to close high-value deals. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and brand standards. Continuously monitor sales performance and implement improvements to achieve consistent growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience

in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite. Experience in [mention your industry, e.g., furniture, manufacturing, retail, etc.] preferred.
