Job Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic
Sales Executive
with a passion for real estate. The ideal candidate must have at least
1 year of experience
in
real estate sales
and be capable of handling clients, conducting site visits, and contributing to overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into site visits
Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective clients
Follow up with clients regularly and guide them through the entire sales cycle
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer retention and referrals
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities clearly to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Maintain records of inquiries, leads, visits, and sales using CRM tools
Coordinate with the back-office, documentation, and marketing teams for smooth transaction flow
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of real estate sales
experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of the local property market (preferred)
Customer-focused approach with high professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Must have own vehicle (preferred)
