Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong drive to achieve sales targets, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
Understand client requirements and present customized IT solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
sales, business development, or telecalling
, preferably in the
IT or digital marketing industry

Excellent
communication, persuasion, and negotiation
skills.
Strong ability to
convert leads into successful deals

Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
Basic understanding of IT products and services (training can be provided).
