Job Summary:


We are looking for

2 enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives

to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidates should have

0-1 year of experience

in sales, customer service, or e-commerce. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through our website, WhatsApp, and other online platforms, assisting them in product selection, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

This role involves working in

rotational shifts

and requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage proactively with potential customers and assist them in choosing suitable products. Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner. Convert leads into sales and achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, offers, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain and update customer details and interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about new products, promotional offers, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

0-1 year of experience

in sales, e-commerce, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Target-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude. Basic understanding of CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or live chat platforms (training will be provided). Comfortable working in

rotational shifts
