We're looking for a
dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive
who can help us grow our student base, build partnerships with schools, and spread our mission of transforming young minds into future innovators.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and reach out to parents, schools, and institutions interested in STEM and robotics programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead records using CRM tools or internal systems.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, school visits, and promotional events.
Represent the institute during exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful promotional strategies.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
Understand their needs and guide them toward the right courses.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Reporting & Targets
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred)
2-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or education sector (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication (English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Passion for education, technology, and working with parents & students
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
