Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Handle walk-in clients at the site office and provide detailed information about the projects, pricing, and other relevant details.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on current market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
Assist clients through the booking process and coordinate with the documentation and finance teams.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting
Freshers with a passion for real estate and strong sales aptitude may also apply
