Job Summary:


We are looking for a

motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive

to drive business growth by

identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities

through

cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Present and promote

products/services to potential customers.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain strong relationships

with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

to improve customer experience.

Meet and exceed

assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:



1 plus years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-driven with a proactive and positive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
