Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and negotiating and closing business deals. This role requires a combination of strategic analysis, marketing, and sales skills to foster the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify potential new clients and turn this into increased business by using various strategies and approaches.
Client Relationships:
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
Market Research:
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, including analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial potentials.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and submit business proposals that align with clients' business needs, challenges, and objectives.
Negotiation and Closure:
Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and close deals to maximize profits.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aimed at sustaining or growing business.
Reporting:
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure company goals are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong market knowledge and ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent negotiation skills and proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in writing proposals and making presentations.
Ability to self-motivate and manage oneself and others if required.
Working Conditions:
Office environment, but frequent travel may be necessary to meet potential clients.
Standard working hours with additional hours to accommodate varying time zones and client needs.
