As a Sales Executive at iOTA, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our creative, branding, and digital marketing services. This role is ideal for professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their career in sales within a fast-paced creative agency.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
Understand client needs, budgets, and project requirements to pitch relevant services.
Schedule and coordinate meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads until conversion.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales decks.
Support the marketing team in outreach campaigns and lead generation activities.
Work towards achieving monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition.
Requirements
Experience:
6 months - 2 years in sales, telecalling, pre-sales, or business development (creative/digital/media industry preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in pitching and handling client queries.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking is an advantage.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or social media.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
