We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through networking and digital platforms.
Pitch IT services (software development, cloud solutions, IT consulting, etc.) to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT services or solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online sales platforms.
