Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and onboard doctors, hospitals, and healthcare partners.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by ensuring excellent service.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain benefits to customers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and close sales effectively.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage renewals.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/remarks sheets.
Collaborate with delivery & service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
Negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools preferred.
Qualifications
Graduate in
B. Pharma / BBA / MBA / any relevant field
.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in healthcare/medical equipment sales will be an added advantage.
