About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive adoption of our end to end solar energy and pre-fabricated room (PUF) solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, relationship management, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and support the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
Conduct site visits, explain solutions, and prepare proposals/quotations.
Collaborate with technical teams for sizing, costing, and subsidy documentation.
Maintain client relationships, resolve queries, and ensure satisfaction.
Track sales activities, update CRM, and share timely reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any discipline.
Strong communication, presentable and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and customer meetings.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
