to join our Interior Products Showroom team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable products, and closing sales. This role requires excellent product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide a smooth buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers, architects, and interior designers at the showroom.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable interior products (tiles, furniture, lights, wallpapers, hardware, etc.).
Demonstrate product features, explain benefits, and highlight quality differences.
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest interior trends, product ranges, and competitive offerings.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients until deal closure.
Coordinate with suppliers and the logistics team for timely product delivery.
Build long-term relationships with repeat customers, architects, and contractors.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or register.
Ensure the showroom is well-presented, clean, and stocked with updated catalogs/samples.
Key Requirements
Graduate in any field (background in Marketing/Interior Design preferred).
Proven experience in showroom/retail sales (preferably in interiors, furniture, tiles, or building materials).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good product presentation and client handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Professional, well-groomed, and customer service-oriented personality.
Ability to work on weekends and handle peak showroom hours.
