As a Sales Executive, you'll be our on-the-ground Relationship Manager, responsible for meeting real-estate agents daily and onboarding . Your goal is to educate them on our free freemium model, capture their profile information, and collect listings--all while building strong, trust-based relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Field Visits:
Visit 4-5 real-estate agent offices or agent locations per day (Monday-Saturday).
Onboarding:
Help agents register on PoPT, complete their profile setup, and choose their subscription plan (Free for now).
Listing Collection:
Gather property details (photos, descriptions, configurations) and simply forward to backend team.
Daily Reporting:
Submit end-of-day reports covering visits made, agents onboarded, and listings secured via a super convenient CRM.
Relationship Building:
Act as the first point of contact--answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain follow-up communication.
What We're Looking For:
Freshers or sales/field experienced.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English (basic is okay).
Energetic self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude--comfortable spending most of the day in the field.
Basic smartphone and internet skills for using platform and CRM dashboard.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
