Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with
dealers, distributors, and retailers
in assigned regions.
Generate leads and convert them into active business.
Promote company products and ensure market visibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and inventory teams for smooth order processing and payment collection.
Provide product knowledge, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports to management.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned state/region.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
Knowledge of local market dynamics will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
?25,000 - ?50,000/month (Negotiable as per experience)
