Role Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic
Inside Sales Executive
, preferably from a
nursing or paramedical background
, who has a strong understanding of patient needs and an enthusiasm for consultative selling. You'll be the voice of HJS, guiding patients, families, and caregivers in choosing the right healthcare equipment and services -- while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries from patients and caregivers.
Understand medical needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., BiPAP vs CPAP, electric vs manual wheelchair).
Explain features, pricing, and benefits of equipment and rental packages.
Build rapport with leads and convert inquiries into successful orders.
Coordinate with delivery, service, and store teams for smooth customer experience.
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups on CRM tools like Zoho.
Follow up on payments, renewals, and feedback.
Work with empathy -- balancing commercial success with customer well-being.

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or patient counseling
Excellent communication in
Hindi & English
(regional language is a bonus)
Basic knowledge of CRM, Google Sheets, and phone/email etiquette
Confidence, empathy, patience, and a result-oriented mindset
