We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or FMCG sector, and should be able to drive revenue growth through effective client management and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients
Promote and sell company's products to distributors, retailers, chemists, doctors, or institutions as per target market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients/customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the supply chain and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
Submit daily/weekly reports on client visits, sales performance, and market feedback
Attend trade shows, expos, or client meetings if required
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and market trends
Requirements:
Graduate (B.Com/B.Sc/BBA preferred)
1-5 years of experience in sales (experience in life sciences/pharma/nutraceutical preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools (if any)
Willingness to travel locally or regionally if required
