Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research
Pitch products/services to prospective clients
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client communications
Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager
Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events when required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the industry or product domain
Familiarity with sales techniques like consultative selling
