. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of religious products, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Poojan Samagri, Kapoor, and related religious products to retail and wholesale customers
Visit shops, temples, distributors, and other potential clients regularly
Explain product features, benefits, and usage
Take regular orders and ensure timely delivery with coordination from the dispatch/logistics team
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collect payments on time and maintain proper records
Build strong customer relationships and resolve any complaints or issues
Provide market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer needs
Maintain and update daily sales reports and submit them to the management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (FMCG or religious goods preferred)
Knowledge of Kapoor, Dhoop, Agarbatti, and other Poojan Samagri is an advantage
Good communication skills in Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Willing to travel locally or regionally for fieldwork
Own two-wheeler (preferred)
