We are seeking a motivated and result-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to help grow our business. You will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update CRM records with leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
Follow up with prospects and close deals efficiently
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
Provide timely reports on sales activities and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
