We are HIRING! Sales and Front Desk Executive for the various outlets of a Health & Fitness brand



Job Role:

A sales and front desk executive should have to manage the reception area by sitting at the front desk and have to attend to the new guests and regular clients of morning and evening batches, keep an eye on the employees, and maintain all the admin work, such as attendance, work culture, and cleanliness and hygiene of the place. She must generate sales by working on WhatsApp API (AiSensy) leads, Just Dial leads, referral leads, Facebook leads, Instagram leads, and the leads provided by the manager. She must have good convincing skills to convince the people to buy our products or services. She should be very confident and proactive and must have excellent communication skills.

Education: Graduation in any stream Experience: 1-5 yrs (In Domestic or International Sales) Job location: Sec-9 Chandigarh, Sec-8 Panchkula, VIP Road Zirakpur Package: 15-35k p.m. + Lucrative Incentives Eligible for Incentives after 3 months of Probation Full-time, Work from office Flexible shifts available: Straight shift = 10 am to 8 pm; split shift = 8 am to 12 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm 6 Days working, Indian Shifts 8 hrs include 1 hr break

Required skills:



Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak in English, Hindi, and Punjabi language fluently Expertise in lead generation, domestic sales, or international sales. Good at client handling, Client Meetings, Sales , team management of 400-500 day, etc. Good experience in domestic or international B2C sales. Good convincing skills Problem-solving abilities Time management and planning skills Must have relevant experience in Domestic or International B2C Sales, Lead Generation, Client Handling, Team Handling, Client Negotiation, employee engagement, and other activities, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Greet clients, visitors, and employees Answer official phone calls and emails daily Schedule appointments and assist them till sales conversion Manage office supplies and maintain data records on Google Sheets. Perform basic data entry Introduce clients to upper management Ensure receptionists complete their duties Generate leads and reach out to prospects Contact customers and potential customers Handle client queries and complaints Prepare proposals and quotes Maintain customer relationship management data Build professional relationship with all the teams of Clients, yoga trainers, and employees To do the daily reporting of the work done and sales conversion Monitor office expenses and costs Create and maintain positive team atmosphere Scheduling meetings and appointments Answer questions and address complaints
