The Sales Executive (Real Estate) is responsible for driving property sales, building lasting relationships with clients, and providing top-notch customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a client database to sustain effective relationships.
Identify and understand clients' real estate needs.
Present properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information.
Negotiate property prices and facilitate transactions.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep updated with market trends and property values.
Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings.
Generating client leads to buy & sell.
Counseling clients on market conditions and prices.
Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.Showing properties to potential buyers.
