We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Sales Executive

to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for meeting clients at their locations, presenting our products/services, and closing sales deals.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Schedule and conduct client meetings at their premises. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective customers. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Sales Executive Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully. Solid understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sales metrics. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
