Healthy Jeena Sikho is a leading name in the home healthcare equipment space, providing rental and sale services for critical medical devices such as oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, BiPAP/CPAP machines, hospital beds, and more. With presence in over 10 cities, our mission is to make healthcare accessible and affordable at home.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Promote and sell a wide range of medical equipment (wheelchairs, BiPAP, oxygen concentrators, etc.) through direct customer interaction and field visits. Build strong connections with hospitals, clinics, doctors, caregivers, and patients. Manage leads, handle queries, and convert inquiries into successful sales. Follow up regularly with leads and ensure timely closure and delivery coordination. Network in local communities to generate referrals and new business opportunities. Maintain updated records of customer communication and transactions. Assist with after-sales service coordination and customer satisfaction feedback.

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)

Common Sense & Practical Thinking:

Must handle real-life customer scenarios with empathy and logic.

Passion for Sales:

Energetic and goal-driven individual passionate to build a long-term career in sales.

Networking Ability:

Skilled in outreach, community connect, and building professional relationships.

Adaptability:

Willing to travel within city and nearby locations for client visits.

Education:

Graduate in any stream (preferred)

Basic Tech Skills:

Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools.
