Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Payment Gateway sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through field marketing, lead generation, and strong teamwork. Candidates with prior exposure to payment gateway or FinTech sales will be preferred. Motivated freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities o
Generate new business leads through field marketing, cold calling, referrals, and networking. o Promote and sell payment gateway solutions to merchants and businesses. o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. o Work closely with the internal sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of merchants. o Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions. o Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. o Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications o
1 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Payment Gateway, FinTech, or SaaS. o Basic knowledge of payment gateway products, merchant onboarding, and digital payments. o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. o Willingness to travel for field marketing and client meetings. o Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility o Experience: 1-4 years (Freshers can also apply) o
Education: 12th pass, Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
