Sales Executive
to join our team and lead the onboarding of new furniture stores.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new retail furniture stores and distribution partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and key decision?makers.
Present product catalogs, explain features/benefits, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Develop territory-wise sales strategies to increase market coverage.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery tracking, and after?sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding & sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and gather market insights.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in furniture, hardware, building materials, interior products, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self?motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising (preferred).
Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler (preferred).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).
