Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of website design, digital marketing, and branding, along with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients for website development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and IT solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and field visits. Maintain and grow the client pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

Sales & Consultation

Understand client requirements and recommend the right services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous business. Coordinate with the internal technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain client satisfaction through proactive updates and support.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and meeting logs. Provide weekly updates to the management team on progress and targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT sales (website design, digital marketing, branding services). Strong understanding of websites (WordPress, Web Development), SEO, digital marketing packages, and branding. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions confidently. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

Experience in selling high-value website and marketing packages. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation. Basic understanding of UI/UX, hosting services, and e-commerce will be an added advantage.
